Every Young Eagles event is powered by volunteers and pilots who give far more than their time.

It costs over $2,500 and 160+ volunteer hours per event, and each pilot personally absorbs $200–$500 in aircraft costs.

First-Time Young Eagles Priority

Priority for flights will be given to first-time Young Eagles. While we aim to accommodate all participants, flights are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as weather conditions and pilot availability.

Event Schedule:

8:30 AM: Registration opens.
9:15 AM: Safety briefing for Young Eagles and parents.

Note: Late arrivals after 9:15 AM cannot check in for a flight but are welcome to join ground activities.

Donations

Suggested $6 donation for lunch (non-Young Eagles / non-volunteers). Donations to EAA Chapter 14 and the Young Eagles Program support youth aviation education.
